Parmigiano Italian Bistro is a local family owned and operated dining establishment satisfying culinary tastes for delicious Italian food.  Seen most often at Parmigiano are Lorenzo Vivolo (owner/chef) and daughter, Sara Vivolo (manager).  You’ll also find Lorenzo’s wife, Svetlana Vivolo waiting tables during the weekend. 
    Lorenzo’s 40-year culinary journey started from his birthplace in Italy, but as a young man, he left Italy for Geneva to expand his culinary knowledge.  From Switzerland, he crossed the Atlantic Ocean only to land in none other than the Big Apple, New York City.  Although the restaurant business was booming there, he was in search of a better climate and less hectic surroundings.  Eventually, Lorenzo left New York and continued westward toward his final destination, Arizona.  After traveling and opening restaurants across the valley, Lorenzo compiled his culinary experiences into the Parmigiano Italian Bistro in North Scottsdale. 
    Sara, practically born into the restaurant business, brings her past hospitality experience and education to Parmigiano’s table.  Parmigiano's family atmosphere welcomes patrons back for more.
